Those phased dates are listed below, but are dependent on building permit issuance. o Phase 1 Start 09-03-2019 Completed 08-11-2021 o Phase 2 Start 08-21-2021 Completed 04-12-2023 o Phase 3 Start 04-12-2023 Complete 05-13-2024 Hours and Days of Operation: • Hours and days of construction will follow the City of Renton standard. o Monday – Friday 7am – 8pm o Saturday (if needed) 9am – 10pm Proposed Hauling and Transportation Route: • Truck routes to and from the site for all major phases will be from Interstate 405 via Exit #4 to the Site: Trucks will take exit 4 and drive East on the Maple Valley Highway, Right on Cedar River Park Dr until they arrive at the site. From the site: Turn right on Cedar River Park Dr, turn left on Maple Valley Highway, which will lead to Interstate 405. Measures to Minimize Construction Impact Characteristics: • COR and Ecology approved erosion control BMP’s such as stabilized construction entrances, perimeter silt fence, catch basin inlet protection, site watering to control dust, and street sweeper as necessary to clean up dust or mud. • The contractor will submit a traffic control plan for City approval prior to the start of construction. • Construction vehicles will park on-site to eliminate the impact of worker parking on the surrounding neighborhood. The site will also be fully fenced (to aid in controlling construction traffic egress/ingress). • All equipment will be kept in good working order and have limited idling to minimize noise impacts. Special Hours Proposed for Construction / Hauling: • There are no planned special hours for construction or hauling at this time. But may be required for work on adjacent arterial right-of-ways. Preliminary Traffic Control Plans: • The contractor will submit a traffic control plan for City approval prior to the start of construction. Use of Cranes: • The mixed-use buildings will utilize cranes. Crane height and placement will be permitted as part of the mixed-use building permits.
