Permit U13005791; LUA12-013, PP, PUD and LUA 19-000086
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Wilson:
This letter will serve as the City's Notice of Expiration for Permits and Land Use Entitlements for Wilson
Park 2, pursuant to the Settlement and Release Agreement, signed on May 22, 2019 by you and C. E.
"Chip" Vincent (CED Administrator).
Under terms of the agreement, Section 2: "WILSONS or their successors or assigns must obtain issuance
of a civil construction permit and pay all outstanding construction permit fees no later than 5:00 pm on
July 30, 2019. If this deadline is not met, Wilson Park 2 expires at 5:00 pm on July 30, 2019."
The civil construction permit (U13005791) was not obtained/issued and all outstanding construction
permit fees were not paid by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Therefore, the civil construction permit
(U13005791) and land use entitlements (LUA12-013, PP, PUD and LUA 19-000086) for Wilson Park 2
expired at the close of business on July 30, 2019.
