Whereas the Grantee,as named above,is the holder of a restrictive covenant acquired from the above-named
Grantor(s)dated May 2od 2007 and recorded under Recording Number 20080117000966 of King County,State of
Washington;and WHEREAS,the Board of Public Works of the City of Renton,Washington did require certain
restrictive covenants as a condition of deferral of installation of on/off site improvements for Sween Short Plat—
LUA 05-150 legally described above.WHEREAS,the City of Renton installed the required improvements as part of a
Capital Improvement Project(Jones Ave NE Sidewalks),and the applicant paid their fair share of the improvements
cost fronting the parcel described above. The conditions now permit the termination of the aforesaid restrictive
covenants.
NOW,THEREFORE,the City of Renton does hereby abandon and release all rights under the above-described
restrictive covenant on the land described above.
