Whereas the Grantee,as named above,is the holder of a restrictive covenant acquired from the above named
Grantor dated March 10th, 1994,and recorded under Recording Number 9403251290 of King County,State of
Washington;and,
WHEREAS,the City of Renton,Washington did recommend certain restrictive covenant as a condition of approval
for the recording of the final plat for a subdivision of the subject property;and,
WHEREAS,said restrictive covenants require certain off-site improvements or restrict development of the site;and,
WHEREAS;said restrictive covenants applied to the 1992 short plat;and,
WHEREAS,Lot 3 of this short plat has subsequently been subdivided by a short plat;and,
WHEREAS,said restrictive covenants have either been satisfied or have been supplanted by requirements associated
with the subsequent subdivision of the property;and,
WHEREAS,the Development Services Division authorized the removal of the restrictive covenants on February 2,
2001;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City of Renton does hereby authorize the release of the restrictive covenants described
above on the land described above.
