An easement is hereby reserved for and granted to the owners of lots 1 through 116 and Tracts A, B, C and D under and upon the exterior 10 feet, parallel with and adjoining the public street frontage of said lots and tracts for private storm drainage. The owners of said lots and tracts are hereby responsible for the maintenance of their respective facilities, if any within said easement. The 10 foot wide trail easement shown across tract C, is to the benefit of the City of Renton.
