The CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired over a portion of the land described within the above referenced Declaration of Covenants document,said portion being described as follows: Lot 1 and Lot 4 of City of Renton Short Plat No.LUA-98-091-SHPL,as recorded under King County Recording No. 2001 121 190001 8,records of King County,Washington. Situate in the SW'A of Section 18,T 23 N,R 5 E,W.M.and the SE Vs of Section 13,T 23 N,R 4 E,W.M.,all in the City of Renton,King County,Washington. WHEREAS,the Board of Public Works of the City of Renton,Washington did require certain restrictive covenants as a condition of deferral of installation of on/off site improvements for the SW 4th Pl. Short Plat. WHEREAS,at the Board of Public Works meeting on 10/02/00,it was determined that upon completion of the required improvements the conditions would permit the termination of the covenants. Said improvements have been installed and approved on 11/04/02 for the two lots described above. NOW,THEREFORE,the City of Renton does hereby abandon and release all rights under the above referenced restrictive covenants on the land described above. But this release shall not impair the restrictive covenants rights acquired and recorded under King County Recording No. 20011211002058 as to the land not hereby released.
