During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further. The following information will need to be submitted before November 15, 2019 so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:  Development Management Engineers, LLC with the Land Use Application, submitted a Preliminary Drainage Plan and Technical Information Report (TIR), dated July 2, 2019 (revised date July 11, 2019). Based on the City of Renton’s flow control map, the site falls within the Flow Control Duration Standard Area matching Forested Site Conditions and is within the Black River Drainage Basin. The development is subject to Full Drainage Review in accordance with the 2017 Renton Surface Water Design Manual (RSWDM). In order to meet the exception criteria, the differential flow rate must be calculated using the 100-year 15-minute storm event. Based on the information provided, which is consistent with what the City determined as well, it appears that this project does not currently meet the exception criteria for flow control. At this point, the project does not comply with RSWDM Core Requirement #3: Flow Control. Please show how this core requirement is being addressed.
