COVENANTS
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 3/ day of
July, 1997, by RICHARD M. SNYDER and JEANNE SNYDER, husband and
wife, and The City of Renton, a municipality,
WITNESSETH :
The parties hereto, for themselves, their heirs,
L•. successors and assigns, do hereby agree and covenant that the
2 East driveway to the real property described herein on Exhibit
0 A, attached hereto, may be closed if the following conditions
0 are met:

CD 1. The City of Renton determines and produces
documentation that the continued use of the driveway is a
CI safety hazard and that the decision is not being made in an
arbitrary and capricious manner.
2 . Before any decision for closure of the driveway, the
City of Renton and the property owner shall meet and discuss,
in good faith, alternatives to closure that would alleviate the
safety hazard.
The Covenants agreed to herein shall attach to and impress
upon the real property herein described on Exhibit A.
