• Whereas the Grantee,as named above,is the holder of a restrictive covenant acquired from the above named Grantor(s)dated
ileut August 16, 1982,and recorded under Recording Number 8212090446 of King County,State of Washington;and
WHEREAS,the Wastewater Utility Section of the City of Renton,Washington did require certain restrictive covenants as a
condition of deferral of installation of a sanitary sewer main extension for 723 SW 10TH ST legally described above.
WHEREAS,the Wastewater Utility Section did,on June 1998 determine that the required improvements had been installed and
approved and that:conditions now permit the termination of the covenants.
NOW,THEREFOR),the City of Renton does hereby abandon and release all rights under the above described restrictive covenant
on the land described above.

Legal Description
That portion of Burlington Northern, Inc.'s former right-of-way and of Puget Sound Power & Light
Co.'s right-of-way in the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 23N, Range 5E,
W.M., in King County,Wa. described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the West line of Lind Ave., being 40 feet West, measured at right
angles, from the centerline thereof, and the Northerly line of said Burlington Northern right-of-way,
which intersection is approximately 220 feet Northerly, measured at right angles, from the centerline
of Grady Way;thence South 77°26' 30"West along said northerly line 717.73 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing South 77° 26' 30" West 269.53 feet to a point North 77° 26' 30" East
17.64 feet from the West line of said Section 19; thence South 12° 33' 30" East 170.21 feet to the
northerly line of S.W. Grady Way;thence North 77°26' 30"East along said line 296.53 feet to a point
which is South 12° 33' 30" East from the true point of beginning; thence North 12° 33' 30" West
170.21 feet to the true point of beginning.
