annexation and rezoning of the subject properties in 1985.
WHEREAS,the restrictive covenants were recorded on the subject properties under recording#8509260634 and
#8509260632.
WHEREAS,Condition#6.of the restrictive covenants required the subject properties to conclude a joint
1=1 (common)access at the time of future development or redevelopment of the subject properties. The joint access
cr; easement was then recorded on both described properties under recording#9212112187.
WHEREAS,the Renton City Council authorized removal of Condition#6 of the restrictive covenants on June 15,
1998.
W NOW,THEREFORE,the City of Renton does hereby authorize the removal of Condition#6 of the above
described restrictive covenants on the land described above,and removal of the joint access easement recorded
Sunder King County recording#9212112187 on the land described above.
