THIS RESTRICTIVE COVENANT is dated this 3 day of November 1999, and is made by
Gerald and Soung Hee Rieker.
1. Gerald and Soung Hee Rieker are the owners of the real property ("Property') in King
County, Washington, legally described on the attached Exhibit A and generally depicted on
the drawing attached as Exhibit B.
2. Gerald and Soung Hee Rieker hereby declare and covenant that the two parcels that
comprise the Property shall not be separately assigned, transferred, encumbered or
conveyed in any manner. The Property may only be assigned, transferred, encumbered or
conveyed in its entirety as a single piece of realty.
3. This Covenant is made pursuant to requirements of the City of Renton as a condition to the
issuance of building permits in connection with a multi-family apartment development known
as "Cambridge Apartments". This Covenant may not be amended or terminated except with
the written approval of the City of Renton.
4. This Covenant shall be terminated upon the recording of a lot line adjustment approved by
the City of Renton.

5. This Covenant runs with the land and is binding upon all owners of the Property.
