KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON,a municipal corporation,is the holder of a a
restrictive covenant acquired from John D.&Ginnie E.Helm,and Fred&Sharon Aboosaidi dated August 3, 1995 and44
recorded under Auditor's File No.9508180447 records of King County, State of Washington; and,

WHEREAS,the Board of Public Works of the City of Renton, Washington, did require certain restrictive covenants as a 'K
condition of deferral of installation of on/off site improvements (watermain, sanitary sewer, curb, gutter, sidewalks, x
private road,storm,and landscaping)for the Aboosaidi/Helm short plat located at 1709 and 1717 Edmonds Avenue,N.E.
legally described as Tract 209 of C.D. HII.•LMAN'S LAKE WASHINGTON GARDER OF EDEN DIVISION NO. 4 as §
per plat recorded in Volume 11 of plats on page 82,records of King County,Washington,EXCEPT,the North 85 feet and
EXCEPT the South 337 feet thereof.
WHEREAS,the Board of Public Works did,on September 18, 1996, determine that the required improvements had been `n
installed and approved and that conditions now permit the termination of the covenants. $
NOW,THEREFORE, the City of Renton does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under the above described u'
restrictive covenant on the land described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said City has caused this instrument to be executed by the Chairman of The Board of Public ,
