restrictions and covenants running with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use
by the undersigned,their successors, heirs, and assigns as follows:
INSTALLATION OF OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS
The owner(s) of the above described property, their successors, heirs and assigns,
hereby agree and covenant to disallow the sale of any lots in the new short plat and
also agree to disallow the issuance of any building permits on the lots prior to the

installation of a public sanitary sewer main to serve this new short plat that meets

the acceptance of the City of Renton.

These covenants are imposed in lieu of Section 9-1105(6)of Title IX of Ordinance
#1628 of the City of Renton.

DURATION
These covenants shall run with the land. If at any time improvements are installed
pursuant to these covenants,the portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific
installed improvements as required by the Ordinances of the City of Renton shall
O terminate without necessity of further documentation.

Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures
in the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners
