I. All construction shall be in confonaance with the
City of Renton "Regulations and Standards for Con
St ruction of Extension to the City Water and Sanitary
Sewer System ", revised addition.
2. A pre- construction conference shall be arranged
between contractor and appropriate City of Renton of-
ficials prior to construction.
3. It shall be the contractors responsibility to
verify the true and correct locations of ail exist-
ing utilities shown, so as to avoid damane or dis-
turbance.
4 All side sewers shall be laid on a 20 minimum
grade, and shall be at a minimum depth of 5 feet at
P-opert, line.
5. The top of manholes within right -of -ways shall
-- be adjusted to final grade until just prior to
paving.

6. All sanitary sewerpipe to be concrete, non -.

reinforced, conforming to ASTM C14, Class 2, Alter-
nate to be PVC plastic pipe conforming to ASTM D 3034.
Rubber gaskets for concrete pipe shall met ASTM

C443 standards. > Rubber gaskets for PVC pipe shall
meet ASTH 1869 standards. Pipe bedding to be class
"C" according to /''WA Std. Plan No. 62.
7. Manholes to be per APWA manhole Std. Plan No. 34.
8. It shall be the contractors responsibility to
secure all necessary permits prior to start of
construction.

9. The contractor shall be responsible for T.V.

Inspection of the sewer system using an approved T.V.

system. Video tapes shall be submitted to the City
showing the T.V. Inspection work.
