A utility easement 15 feet in width over the following described property
That portion of the West one -half of Section 20, "ro.mship 23 Nord:, Range 5, W-M.,
in King County, Washington described as follows:
BEGINNING at the West one - quarter corner of said Section 20; thence North 89 "10'2.0"
East along the North line of the Southwest one - quarter of said Section 20 a distance
of 344.88 feet to the East margin of Benson Road; thence North i6 °16156" West along
said East margin a distance of 72.83 feet; thence continuing along said East margin
of Benson Road on a curve to the right, having a radius of 2835.00 feet,.an arc
distance of 374.80 feet, through a central angle of 7 °34'29" tc the centerline of
the City of Seattle - Diablo Transmission Line Easement right-of-way, as recorded
under King County Auditor's File #3560496; thence North 87 °23'49" East along said
centerline a distance of 612.72 feet; thence South 2 °36'11" East a distance of
590.00 feet to the North line of Puget Sound Power and Light Company's Transmission
Line right -of -way as recorded under King County Auditor's file #5687370; thence
South 74 °32117" West along said North line a distance of 480.60 feet to the afore-
mentioned East margin of Benson road; thence North 16`16'56" West along said East
margin a distance of 264.75 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said Utility Easement being 7.5 feet on either side of the centerline described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above described property; thence South

A utilities easement 15 feet in width the centerline of which is described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of Eagle Ridge Drive with S. Eagle Ridge Drive
(Eithier Road); thence North 46'26'50" East along the centerline of Eagle Ridge
Drive 17.18 feet; thence North 43 °33'10" West 30 feet to the Northwesterly margin
of Eagle Ridge Drive and the true point of beginning; thence North 45'11'41" West
109.45 feet to the south line of the Renton Elks Club property said south line
also being the North line of Puget Sound Power and Light Company's transmission
line right -of -way as recorded under King County Auditor's File #5687370, said point
being the end of said easement
