That portion of Lot 10, Block 30, as recorded in Volume 15, page 84, records
of King County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the North West corner of said Lot 10; thence South along
the West line of said Lot 10, 80.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing South along said West line 80.00 feet; thence East,
parallel to the North line of said Lot 10, 100.00 feet; thence North,
parallel to the West line of said Lot 10, 80.00 feet; thence West,
parallel to the North line of said Lot 10, 100.00 feet to the true
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with and SUBJECT to EASEMENTS of record.
for and in consideration of the Renton Water Department granting a permit to connect a
t+mporary water service and /or main in S. 13 for the
above property hereby agree that no protests can be made by above part,_, bis heirs
and assigns, against the construction of, or assessment for a permanent watertn� main Mich
will necessarily be constructed in the street to serve this property.
This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon
all parties and their heirs and assigns until the permanent watermain to serve the above
described property has been constructed and the assessment roll or cost per property
therefore certified to the City Treasurer for collection, or payment.
