CONC. VAULT
The concrete valut shall tie either precast vault
#814LA- 66 -EE, made by Concrete Conduit Co. (or
equal) or be cast -in- place with 8" walls and slab.
All joints shall be sealed so vault will remain
watertight. The two manhole covers shall be
made by Olympic Foundry, 36 "x4 ", with locki?glids.

can be brick or poured concrete constructed.
LADDER
The vault shall contain two ladders constructed
of galy. iron. Detail plan to be submitted
to City prior to installation.
PAINTING OF VAULT
THE EXTERIOR OF THE VAULT SHALL. BE SEALED•WITH TWO
COATS OF KOPPERS BITUMASTIC NO. 300 -M, OR EQUAL.
THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING OF THE VAULT SHALL
BE PAINTED WITH TWO COATS OF KOPPERS RAMUC UTILITY
ENAMEL FLAT, OR EQUAL.
THE FLOOR OF THE VAULT SHALL NOT BE PAINTED.
THE PIPING AND EQUIPMENT IN THE VAULT SHALL BE GIVEN
A COMPLETE FIELD COAT OF INERTOL RUST FENETRATING
PRIMER NO. 621 OR EQUAL. TWO FINISH COATS OF TOREX
800 ENAMEL, OR EQUAL„ SHALL BE APPL- IED OVER THE
FIELD COATED PRIMER.
