BE SEALED•WITH TWO COATS OF KOPPERS BITUMASTIC NO. 300 -M, OR EQUAL. THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING OF THE VAULT SHALL BE PAINTED WITH TWO COATS OF KOPPERS RAMUC UTILITY ENAMEL FLAT, OR EQUAL. THE FLOOR OF THE VAULT SHALL NOT BE PAINTED. THE PIPING AND EQUIPMENT IN THE VAULT SHALL BE GIVEN A COMPLETE FIELD COAT OF INERTOL RUST FENETRATING PRIMER NO. 621 OR EQUAL. TWO FINISH COATS OF TOREX 800 ENAMEL, OR EQUAL„ SHALL BE APPL- IED OVER THE FIELD COATED PRIMER. FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS, SEE THE TECHNICAL PROVISIONS OF THE SPECIFICATIONS.
