],. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Rentow
"Regulations and Standards for Construction of Extension to the City,j
Water and Sanitary Sewer System", revised addition. A
2. A pre-construction conference shall be arranged between contractor,
and appropriate City of Renton officials prior to construction.
3. It shall be the contractors responsibility to verify the true and-,
correct locations of all existing utilities shown, so as to avoid damage or disturbance.
4. All side sewer s 5 hall be laid on a 2% minimum grade, and shall be at
a minimum depth of 5 feet at property line.
5, The top of manholes within right-of-ways shall not be adjusted to
final grade until I just prior or to paving.
6. All sanitary sewer pipe to be concrete, non - reinforced, conforming to
ASTM C14, Class Z. 41ternate to be PVC plastic pipe conforming to ASTM ,:,
D 3034. Rubber gaskets for concrete pipe shall meet ASTM 0443 standardsi
Rubber gaskets for PVC pipe shall meet ASTM 1869 standards. Pipe bedding,
to be class "C" according to APWA Std. Plan No. 62.
7. Manholes to be per APWA manhole Std. Plan No. 34.
8. It shall be the contractors responsibility to secure all necessary
permits prior to stard of construction.
9. The contractor shall be responsible for T.V. inspection of t he sewer
system an approved T.V. system. Video tapes shall be submitted to
the City y showing the T.V. inspection work.
