Manhole located within easement shall have bolt down (locking lid) ring and cover equal to Olympic Foundry No. 5943 WS -L. 6. Manhole shall be 48" inside diameter, S" wall thickness, to accommodate sewer pipe through 21 ". Manhole wall shall have not less than 0.12 square inch per lineal feet circumferential reinforcing steel bar. All precast sections shall conform to ASTM C -478. 7. All manhole joints use a confined round rubber gasket meeting ASTM " -443 specifications. S.
