A preconstruction conference and 24 -hour notice will be required prior to starting new
construction.

Inspection will be accomplished by a representative of the City of Renton. It shall be the
contractor's responsibility to notify the Utility Department 24 hours in advance of
backfilling all construction.
3.
All work and materials shall be in conformance with the standards and specifications of the
City of Renton Utility Dept. and the latest edition of the APWA Standards and Sepcifications.
4.
A copy of this plan must be on -site whenever construction is in progress.
5.
It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to obtain street use and other related
permits prior to any construction in the City of Renton. -

All locations fo existing utilities shown hereon have been estalished by field survey or

obtained from available public records and should therefore be considered only approximate and
not necessarily complete. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to inlependently

verify the accuracy of the utility locations shown and to further discover and avoid any other
