ELECTRICAL NOTES:
1. THE EXISTING POWER SERVICE TO THE LIFT STATION IS A PRIMARY METERING SERVICE
CONNECTION TO PUGET ENERGY COMPANY. SERVICE FEEDER SERVES A CUSTOMER -OWNED
PAD -MOUNT TRANSFORMER LOCATED NEAR THE EXISTING LIFT STATION. THIS SERVICE MUST STAY
ENERGIZED DURING CONSTRUCTION UNTIL A SCHEDULED SWITCHOVER TO THE PROPOSED POWER
SYSTEM IS COMPLETE. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE MEANS OF KEEPING LIFT STATION IN SERVICE
DURING THE POWER SWITCHOVER.
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH PUGET SOUND ENERGY AND CITY OF RENTON ON
SWITCHOVER OF POWER SYSTEM. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A DETAILED PLAN OF PROPOSED
POWER SWITCHOVER TO OWNER TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED DATE. OWNER SHALL APPROVE
PLAN.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RE -USE THE EXISTING POWER AND SIGNAL CONDUIT BETWEEN THE
EXISTING LIFT STATION AND ELECTRICAL HANDHOLE UNLESS SHOWN OTHERWISE. THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL ROUTE THE SIGNAL CONDUIT OUT OF ALL EXISTING HANDHOLE AS SHOWN IN THESE PLANS.
4. BURIAL DEPTH OF CONDUIT SHALL BE PER N.E.C. WHERE ELECTRICAL CONDUIT CROSSES AS
SHOWN ON PLANS THE PRIMARY CONDUIT SHALL BE BELOW THE SECONDARY WITH MINIMUM OF
1' -0° CLEARANCE.
5. SEE ELECTRICAL ONE -LINE DIAGRAM, DWG NO. E01 FOR DESCRIPTION OF POWER CONDUIT AND
