Ground Features and Utilities shown on the plans are for general information purposes only. These features were obtained from existing maps obtained at the City and the accuracy has not been verified. A more recent survey was performed to establish ground elevation and construction control for the project. The existing water location and level shown on the pion and the section views does not represent any specific water levels. 2. The purpose of the survey was to provide a base map of the major improvements and ground features along the channel. Actual landscaping and existing land features will vary. Prior to submitting a bid, the contractor shall verify the quantity of trees and vegetation that must be removed and /or protected in order to complete the work. Protect and preserve all trees and vegetation located outside of the limits of excavation unless otherwise indicated. Remove all trees and vegetation within the excavated areas unless otherwise specified. 1 All excavated material including concrete, pipe, rock, vegetation and soil sholl be removed from the site and disposed of at the contractor's expense. 4. Call 24 hours Before You Dig. ONE CALL (800) 424 -5555 5- All construction areas shall be photographed and videotaped by Contractor prior to any work. Deliver copies to the City prior to construction. Grade as required to gain access to complete the work. Restore access areas to existing grade and condition, including landscaping, utilities, and all other improvements. Repair or replace all existing pavement damaged due to construction activities. I 6. Control all on -site storm water runoff with erosion and sedimentation control procedures. Provide, maintain, and adjust erosion control fences and alternate control measures for the duration of the project as required to protect Honey Creek for all site conditions encountered or to control actual area disturbed if different than areas shown. It is the contractor's responsibility to select, construct, and maintain erosion control measures as required to protect Honey Creek during construction. Install erosion control to protect 1 Honey Creek from all possible surface water transport routes. Remove all erosion control measures after the landscaping work had been completed per Plans. 7- The match lines shown on the plan for slope grading are approximate, actual catch points as staked in the field will vary. 8. Construction surveying is the responsibility of the Contractor. 9_ In order to improve habitat along the channel, the City will delineate specific rocks, trees, stumps, and other woody debris which are to remain. These items will generally be located at the existing channel edge and shall be left in place when requested by the City during construction. 10_ immediately after completion of the grading, rockery and riprop placement all disturbed ground surfaces shall be hydroseeded in order to establish a protective ground cover. Hydroseeding shall progress with work. 11. Proposed plants, size and spacing vary as shown on Bioengineering and Landscaping Plans. 12- Provide temporary by -pass piping, dams or silt curtains as required to reroute creek flow during construction. Comply with requirements of all permits and regulations. 0 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100 110 120 130 140 150 140 160 170 180 190 CHANNEL AND CULVERT PROFILE 1 "= 10' Y \ HEADWALL EXISTING CULVERT — \-- 6" RADIUS ALL AROUND CULVERT INLET DETAIL wfa _27,. a261 1„ = 1, 210 208 206 1 ; 204 r 202 i i MA 200 - e 198 , - it" MARRY 196 ROM E 3 LOGS PER )l 194 192 190 p1pi- [it 188 186 - 0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 RIPRAP SECTION A -A 214 212 210 208 206 204 202 200 198 126 194 192 190 ROCKERY SECTION B -B S11111112,26321 CHANNEL hV JOB NO.
