CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE CONDUIT AND SERVICE ENTRANCE FOR CONDUCTORS
FROM SECONDARY OF THE TRANSFORMER TO THE C.T. CABINET AND INTO THE
MAIN PANELBOARD. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE W/ PUGET POWER.
5. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE TRENCHING, BEDDING BACKFILL, & 4" PVC
SCHEDULE 40 CONDUIT FOR UNDERGROUND TELEPHONE SERVICE TO
PROPOSED RETAIL BUILDINGS. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE
INSTALLATION WITH US WEST (TYP.). CAP AND MARK CONDUIT
FOR FUTURE CONNECTION.

PROTECTED AND MAINTAINED DURING CONSTRUCTION.

IS BASED ON RECORDS OF THE VARIOUS UTILITY COMPANIES AND,
WHERE POSSIBLE, MEASUREMENTS TAKEN IN THE FIELD. THE
INFORMATION IS NOT TO BE RELIED ON AS BEING EXACT OR
COMPLETE. THE CONTRACTOR MUST CALL THE APPROPRIATE UTILITY
COMPANY AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE ANY EXCAVATION TO
REQUEST EXACT FIELD LOCATION OF UTILITIES, 1- 800 - 553 -4344
IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR TO RELOCATE
