ALL ROADWAYS SHALL HAVE A 2% CROWN WITH THE CENTERLINE ELEVATIONS GOVERNED BY THE EXISTING GUTTER ELEVATIONS. DAYTON AVE NE (NO EXISTING CURBS & GUTTERS) SHALL MATCH PRECONSTRUCTION ELEVATIONS.
