1. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE BOX CULVERT WIDTHS WITH TOTAL
WIDTH REQUIRED FOR EACH PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCING.
2. ALL SITE CAST IN PLACE REINFORCED CONCRETE SHALL BE CLASS
4000D WITH A MAXIMUM WATER /CEMENTATIOUS RATIO OF 0.45 AND
