GRADE PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF CURB AND SIDEWALK.
2. THE CONTRACTOR;WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOCATION AND PROTECTION OF ALL
EXISTING UTILITIES. THE UTILITIES SHOWN ON THE PLANS ARE APPROXIMATE AND WILL NEED FIELD
VERIFICATION FOR EXACT ALIGNMENT AND DEPTH. THERE MAY BE EXISTING UTILITIES NOT SHOWN
ON THE PLANS. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT ONE CALL LOCATING CENTER, 1- 800. 4245555. PRIOR
TO CONSTRUCTION.
3. ALL EXCAVATION METHODS AND SHORING TECHNIQUES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE TO WAC 296

5. ALL WORK AND MATERIALS SHALL CONFORM TO THE STANDARD SPECIFICATION AND DETAILS OF
THE CITY OF RENTON. WADER AND SEWER SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS SHALL BE THE
SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE APPROVAL OF THESE
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
