WEEKS OF FINAL INSPECTION AND APPROVAL OF UTILITY
INSTALLATION.
3. IF CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER FORCE MAIN
WITHIN SE 144TH STREET OCCURS OUTSIDE OF THE
FOG LINE THE UTILITY PATCH AND OVERLAY ONLY
NEEDS TO EXTEND TO FOG LINE AS OPPOSE TO
CENTERLINE OF ROADWAY. HOWEVER, IF THE UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS EXTEND INTO THE TRAVEL LANE A FULL
