5. All work shall be consistent with utility agency requirements. The contractor shall contact

all pertinent utility agencies 48 hours before commencing work and shall coordinate the
work with the utilities throughout the project.
6. The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to existing utilities. The contractor
shall notify the affected utility company and the City immediately upon damage_
7. The contractor shall notify the City of Renton Field Inspection Division (277 -5570) for
inspection purposes, 24 hours before commencing work. No work snoll be covered until
it has been examined by the engineer.
8. All conduit shall be PVC Schedule 40 unless noted otherwise.
9. All conduit cover shall be 24 inches.
CONSTRUCTION NOTES
Ol Install new flat lens cobra head 10OW HPS, 240V. Medium Cutoff Type III
Distribution on 25' Davit Pole with 6' arm. Also install WSDOT Type I
Junction Box (See Standard Plan J -11o) and foundation pad. Pole shall
maintain 10' minimum clearance to any driveway.
OInstall photocell on luminaire #1.
O3 Install Service Cabinet on north side of NE 19th Street between lots 11
and 12 of subject plat.
OService Cables (3 - #4's) and Conduit (2" Schedule 40) shall connect from
Service Cabinet to nearest Puget Sound Power & Light power source_
