A pre- construction conference shall be arranged between contractor and appropriate City of Renton of- ficials prior to construction. 3. It shall be the contractors responsibility to verify the true and correct locations of ail exist- ing utilities shown, so as to avoid damane or dis- turbance. 4 All side sewers shall be laid on a 20 minimum grade, and shall be at a minimum depth of 5 feet at P-opert, line. 5. The top of manholes within right -of -ways shall -- be adjusted to final grade until just prior to paving. '.: 6. All sanitary sewerpipe to be concrete, non -. " reinforced, conforming to ASTM C14, Class 2, Alter- nate to be PVC plastic pipe conforming to ASTM D 3034.
