Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, and of the North
half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter lying
northwesterly of P.S.N. No. 2, all in Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
King County, Washington, except the east 15 feel of said South half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, and except that portion conveyed
