A p•econstruction conference and 24-hour notice will be required prior to starting new

Inspection will be accomplished by a representative of the City of Renton. It shall he the
contractor's responsibility to notify the Utility Department 24 hours In advance of
backfilling all construction.
3.
All work and materials shall be in conformance with the standards and specifications of the
Renton
City of Utility Dept, and the latest edition of the APWA Standards z.nd Sepcifica t Ions.
4.
A copy of this plan must be on-site whenever construction is in progress.
5.
It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to obtain street use and other related

6.
Approximate locations of existing utilities have been obtained from available records and are
shown for convenience. The contractor shall be responsible for verification of the locations
shown and for discovery of possible additional utilities not shown so as to avoid damage or
disturbance. The contractor shall cont act the Utilities Underground Location Service
(1- 800 - 424 -5555) prior to construction. The owner or his representative shall be immediately
contacted if a utility conflict exists.

Locations of the structures shown hereon are approximate. Exact locations shall be field set
by the engineer.

Sanitary sewers shall be TV inspected. The videotape (to be compatible with the City's video
COVIFReo
system) shall be provided to the City upon completion of inspection.
