1. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE SECURE WEATHER -TIGHT ENCLOSURE WITH
HINGED ACCESS PANEL AND HIGH-SECURITY LOCKING HASP. ENCLOSURE
TO BE CONTRACTOR -DESIGNED AND FABRICATED FROM TYPE 304 STAINLESS
STEEL (MIN.16 GAUGE). TOP OF ENCLOSURE TO BE SLOPED TO DRAIN.
2. CONTRACTOR TO SIZE ENCLOSURE BASED ON FIELD CONDITIONS.
3. ENCLOSURE TO BE SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE EXISTING CMU WALL WITH
ADHESIVE ANCHORS (HILTI OR EQUAL) LOCATED WITHIN THE ENCLOSURE.
4. PROVIDE 6' THICK REINFORCED CONCRETE PAD UNDER ENCLOSURE, SLOPE
TO DRAIN AWAY FROM BUILDING. PROVIDEY2' PJF AT EX. WALL.
5. INSULATE INTERIOR OF ENCLOSURE WITH EXTRUDED POLYSTYRENE RIGID
FOAM INSULATION.
