THE SOIL MOISTURE HANDLING CAPACITY OF ALL NEW PERVIOUS SURFACING THAT, AT PROJECT COMPLETION, WILL NOT BE COVERED BY IMPERVIOUS SURFACING OR INCORPORATED INTO DRAINAGE FACILITY MUST BE PROTECTED.
