REMOVE TEMPORARY SYSTEM & RECEIVING AND SIGNS FROM VEHICULAR ACCESS DRIVE -OPEN RECEIVING PIT 1 PIT SYSTEM. 1. INSTALL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCING, BARRICADES AND SIGNS, LEAVING ROOM AROUND WORK AREA FOR CUSTOMER ACCESS. 2. INSTALL DEWATERING SYSTEM FOR RECEIVING PIT AND CASING. DEWATERING SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED TO ALLOW FOR TRAFFIC CROSSING OVER DEWATERING SYSTEM. 3. REMOVE TEMPORARY FENCING, BARRICADES AND SIGNS FROM VEHICULAR ACCESS DRIVE -OPEN RECEIVING PIT 1 ACROSS DEWATERING SYSTEM. 4. EXCAVATE RECEIVING PIT 1, BORE CASING FROM JACKING PIT 1 TO RECEIVING PIT 1, REMOVE CASING DEWATERING SYSTEM WHEN NO LONGER NEEDED. 5. ON WEEKENDS, MOVE CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND MATERIALS TO STORAGE /PARKING AREA ON EAST SIDE OF WALKER PROPERTY. RELOCATE FENCING TO ALLOW FOR CAR DISPLAY ALONG FRONTAGE. RE- ESTABLISH WORK AREA FENCING AT START OF WORK WEEK. 6. FILL OR PLATE OVER RECEIVING PIT 1 AND MINIMIZE FENCING AS REQUIRED FOR ACCESS. START OPEN CUT AT WEST END OF PROJECT, EXCAVATE AND INSTALL NEW STORM SYSTEM WITHIN LIMITS INDICATED. 3. AS NEW SYSTEM IS INSTALLED, BACKFILL EXCAVATION TO SURFACE AND MOVE FENCING TO EAST TO ALLOW FOR CAR DISPLAY ALONG WEST FRONTAGE. 4. ON WEEKENDS, MOVE CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND MATERIALS TO STORAGE /PARKING AREA ON EAST SIDE OF WALKER PROPERTY. RELOCATE FENCING TO ALLOW FOR CAR DISPLAY ALONG FRONTAGE, AS POSSIBLE. RE- ESTABLISH WORK AREA FENCING AT START OF WORK WEEK. 5. INSTALL TEMPORARY PYPASS PUMPING SYSTEM IN VICINITY OF CB -2 UNTIL TEMPORARY CONNECTION IS MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SHEET Cl, CONSTRUCTION NOTE 3. FOR ALL PHASES: 1. MAINTAIN CUSTOMER ACCESS FROM /TO SOUTH 3RD STREET AT ALL TIMES. 2. PROVIDE TRAFFIC CONTROL FLAGGERS AS REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION AND CUSTOMER VEHICLE INGRESS AND EGRESS TO SOUTH 3RD STREET. 3. PROVIDE TEMPORARY BYPASS AND /OR PUMPING OF EXISTING STORM SYSTEM AROUND WORK AREA. BYPASS MUST BE CAPABLE OF HANDLING ALL STORM FLOWS WITHOUT CAUSING FLOODING. 4. SEE SHEET G4 FOR OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCING. WALKER PROPERTY TEMPORARY FENCING PLAN SCALE IN FEET 0 40 80 PHASE 1 C: END OF OPEN CUT 1. ADJUST WORK AREA FENCING TO NEW LOCATION. 2. START OPEN CUT AT EAST END OF PROJECT, EXCAVATE AND INSTALL NEW STORM SYSTEM WITHIN LIMITS INDICATED. 3. PREPARE AREA FOR ASPHALT RESTORATION. MATCH EXISTING SLOPES AND GRADE TO DRAIN TO CATCH BASINS. PLACE ASPHALT RESTORATION. 4. DEMOBILIZE ALL EQUIPMENT AND FENCING FROM WALKER PROPERTY. 5. CONTRACTOR MAY RETURN LATER TO PLUG AND ABANDON EXISTING 24" STORM PIPE. FENCING SHALL BE SIMILAR TO THIS PHASE. WORK SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED QUICKLY AND ALL EQUIPMENT AND FENCING SHALL BE REMOVED WHEN WORK IS COMPLETED. 6. ON WEEKENDS, MOVE CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND MATERIALS TO STORAGE /PARKING AREA ON EAST SIDE OF WALKER PROPERTY. RELOCATE FENCING TO ALLOW FOR CAR DISPLAY ALONG FRONTAGE. RE- ESTABLISH WORK AREA FENCING AT START OF WORK WEEK.
