ALL STREET SIGNS SHALL BE INSTALLED BY CITY OF RENTON. 6. ALL EXISTING ON -SITE WELLS OR SEPTIC TANKS SHALL BE PROPERLY ABANDONED BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR, CERTIFIED TO PERFORM SUCH WORK, AND WRITTEN VERIFICATION OF ABANDONMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE OWNER, WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY, AND KING COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE AGENCY REGULATIONS. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRIC77ON ACTIVITY.
