COVENANT AND AGREE TO CONVEY THE BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN THE NEW
PRIVATE EASEMENTS SHOWN ON THIS SHORT PLAT TO ANY AND ALL FUTURE

OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE NOT OWNED BY THE CITY OF RENTON OR OTHER
UTILITY PROVIDERS. MAINTENANCE COSTS SHALL RE SHARED EQUALLY.
PARKING ON THE PAVING IN THE ACCESS EASEMENT IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS
PAVEMENT WIDTH IS GREATER THAN 20 FEET. THE PRIVATE ROAD MUST REMAIN
