THIS PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURB AND GUTTER, FIVE-FOOT LANDSCAPING BUFFER WITH STREET TREES ADJACENT TO THE ROADWAY, STREET LIGHTS PLACED IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER, A SIX-FOOT SIDEWALK; PLACEMENT OF NEW STORMWATER STRUCTURES AND PIPING; AND CHANNELIZATION REVISIONS ALONG NORTH 6TH STREET AND LOGAN AVE NORTH.
