CONSTRUCTION BY THE CITY. SIGNS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO
AS- BUILTS AND COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION.
5. ALL TRENCH RESTORATION SHALL BE PER THE CURRENT CITY OF RENTON
TRENCH RESTORATION AND STREET OVERLAY DETAIL
6. STORM DRAINAGE MAINS SHALL BE VIDEOED FOLLOWING INSTALLATION. VIDEO
TO BE PROVIDED TO CITY INSPECTOR.
7. PROVIDE ETHAFOAM PAD WHEN VERTICAL SEPARATION IS LESS THAN 1 FOOT.
8. STORM DRAINAGE MAINS SHALL BE VIDEOED FOLLOWING INSTALLATION PER THE
FOLLOWING PROCEDURE:
A) THE PROJECT DEVELOPER SHALL SUBMIT TO THE CITY THE CCTV INSPECTION
VIDEOS AND WRITTEN REPORTS. THE CCTV INSPECTION SHALL INCLUDE
ALL PROJECT STORM DRAIN LINES AND CONNECTING CATCH BASIN AND
MANHOLE STRUCTURES THAT WILL BECOME CITY OWNED /MAINTAINED AND
ALL PRIVATE 8 INCH DIAMETER OR LARGER DRAIN LINES AND CONNECTING
CATCH BASIN AND MANHOLE STRUCTURES. SAID VIDEOS ARE TO BE IN
COLOR AND COMPATIBLE WITH THE CITY'S VIEWING AND RECORDING
SYSTEMS. THE CITY WILL ONLY ACCEPT VIDEO SUBMITTALS ON CD OR
DVD THAT IS VIEWABLE BY STANDARD VIDEO PLAYER (I.E. MPG VIDEO FILE
FORMAT) AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH GRANITE XP. THE VIDEO SHALL
REFERENCE EACH PROJECT DRAIN PIPE SEGMENT TO THE UPSTREAM AND
DOWNSTREAM CONNECTING STRUCTURES AS SOWN (AND IDENTIFIED) ON
THE APPROVED PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PLANS.
B) THE COSTS INCURRED IN MAKING THE INITIAL CCTV INSPECTION SHALL BE
BORNE BY THE PROJECT DEVELOPER. THE DEVELOPER SHALL BEAR ALL
COSTS INCURRED IN CORRECTING ANY DEFICIENCIES FOUND DURING CCTV
INSPECTION, INCLUDING THE COST OF ANY ADDITIONAL CCTV INSPECTION,
EXFILTRATION TESTING OR AIR TESTING THAT MAY BE REOURIED BY THE
CITY TO VERIFY THE CORRECTION OF SAID DEFICIENCY.
C) THE DEVELOPER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED IN THE
CCTV INSPECTION PERFORMED SOLELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
DEVELOPER.
