STATION 0 +00, THE CONTRACTOR'S USE OF THIS ACCESS
ROUTE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS:
1. THE ROUTE SHALL BE AVAILABLE FOR COMMON USE
WITH THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE SOUTH INTERCEPTOR
SECTION 1 AS SPECIFIED UNDER ARTICLE A2.05.
ALSO, THI S ROUTE IS USED AS ACCESS FOR FARMING
IN THE AREAS EAST OF THE N.P. AND C.M. ST. P. AND
P. RAILROADS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN
THE ACCESS ROUTE IN GOOD DRIVING CONDITION AT
ALL TIMES AND SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE FREE
ACCESS BY OTHER PARTIES AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
2. THE USE OF THIS ACCESS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
SOUTH INTERCEPTOR SECTION 1 WILL BE TERMINATED
ON SEPTEMBER 4, 1997, EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCY USE
AS ACCESS TO THE LONGACRES RACE TRACK PROPERTY
BY FIREFIGHTING VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT. FOR
THIS PURPOSE THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND
MAINTAIN AN ACCESSIBLE ROADWAY WIDTH FROM
WEST VALLEY ROAD TO STATION 0 +00.
