THESE ARE SCHEDULE A BRYN MAWR SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AND SCHEDULE 8 BOEING O - UITFA1 I INTERCEPTOR 2. THE DRAWINGS WITHIN THIS CONTRACT ARE PROVIDED W' -THIN TWO BOUND SETS. ONE SET FOR SCHEDULE A AND THE OTHER FOR SCHEDULE B AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. 3, SCHEDULE A AND SCHEDULE B WORK WITHIN THE CEDAR RIVER TRAIL PARK IS UNDER STRICT SCHEDbUNG REQUIREMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SPF(FICAT"ON SECT;ON O1Di4. 4. SCHEDULE B S ORIENTED TO A BOEING PROjECT NORTH AS DESCRIBED IN THE SCHEDULE 8 DRAWING SET. SCHEDULE A IS ORIENTED AS DESCRIBED IN THE NOTES BELOW. 0 -FNFRAL NOTES: HOPIZONTAL DATUM BASED UPON THE STATE PLANE GRID SYSTEM, NORTH ZONE, NAD 83/91. 2, VERTICAL ELEVATIONS ARE BASED ON NVGD (USC & GS GEODE C MEAN SEA LEVEL). 3 EXISTING UTILITIES AND OTHER SUBSURFACE INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE DRAW3NGS IS NOT GUARANTEED To BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. THE CONTRACTOR Si - 1 - LOCATE ANY SUBSURFACE OBJECTS THAT MAY AFFECT OR CONFLICT WITH THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT. 4. A COPY OF ALL DESIGN STANDARDS SPECiFFD FOR USE ON SITE SHALL BE AVAILABLE #N THE CONTRACTOR'S OFFICE AT ALL TIMES. 5. 'HE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN TEMPORARY SEDIMENTATION COLLECTION AND EROSION CONTROL FACIL!TES AND POLICIES, TO ENSURE THAT EROSION OF HE SITE DOES NOT OCCUR AND THAT SEDIMENT­-ADEN WATER DOES NOT LEAVE THE SITE. FACILITIES AND POLICIES SHALL BE ADJUSTED AS SEASONAL CHANGES OCCUR AND AS SITE CONDIT:ONS CHANGES, 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE CONTINUAL, RATHER THAN PERIODIC, MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE WORK AREA, THE ROADS AND FACILITIES USED BY THE CONTRACTOR, AND THE SUBCONTRACTOR, AND THOSE PORTIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR'S YARD AND THE LAY -DOWN AREA USED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND THE SUBCONTRACTORS, 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PREVENT CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FROM ENTERING NEARBY WATERWAYS AND WETLAND AREAS. 8. CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT SHALL BE CONTINUOUSLY MAINTAINED IN TOP WORKING ORDER AND FREE FROM LEAKING FLUIDS. EQU EVENT WHICH, IN THE SOLD OPINION OF THE ENG-NEER, IS IN POOR OPERATING CONDITION, SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER. 9. CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SERVICED AND MAINTAINED ONLY WITHIN AREAS APPROVED FOR 'HAT PURPOSE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER A REQUEST SHOWING THE AREA AND THE PROVISIONS TO BE MADE FOR BERWNG, COLLECTING WASTE OIL, AND PREVENTING RUNOFF OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS INTO THE SURROUNDING AREAS. 10. PIPES ENCOUNTERED DURING THE EXCAVATION SHALL BE TRACED OUT AND REMOVED OR SUPPORTED AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION. 11, BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES OCCURS, A PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING MUST BE HELD WITH KING COUNTY, THE CITY OF RENTON, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND ,THE ENGINEER. I 12. A COPY OF THESE APPROVED PLANS SHALL BE ON THE JOB SITE WHENEVER CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS. 13. ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING OR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT By THE CITY OF RENTON AND KIN' COUNTY DOES NOT RELIEVE THE CONTRACTOR OF THE CONTINUING LEGAL OBLIGATION AND /OR LIABILITY CONNECTED WIT H THE STORM SURFACE WATER DISPOS'TIONL FURTHER, THE CITY OF RENTON AND KING COUNTY DOES NOT ACCEPT AND OBLIGATION FOR THE PROPER FUNCTIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM DURING 'HE CONSTRUCTION. 14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADEQUATE SAFEGUARD, SAFETY DEVICES, PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, FLAGGERS, AND ANY OTHER NEEDED ACTIONS TO PROTECT THE L;FE, HEAITH, AND SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC, AND TO PROTECT PROPERTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR WORK COVERED BY THE CONTRACT. TRAFFIC -CONTROL NOTES: ANY WORK WITHIN THE iRAVELED RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT MAY !NTERRUP' NORMAL TRAFFIC FLOW SHALL REQUIRE AN APPROVED TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN BY THE TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF -HE CITY OF RENTON. 2. CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT A TRAFFIC CONTROL. PLAN TO THE CITY OF RENTON FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR CANNOT COMMMENCE WORK UNTIL APPROVAL iS GRANTED. 3. THE TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN IS TO INDICATE DETOUR ROUTE(S) AND S:GNAGE FOR TRAFFIC ALONG BURNETT STREET BETWEEN 5TH AND 6TH STREET. 6. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO MAINTAIN ONE LANE OF ?RAVEL ALONG SIXTH STREET BETWEEN LOGAN STREET UP TO AND INCLUDING THE ENTRANCE TO THE BOEING PARKING LOT ADJACENT TO APRON D. 7.
