REPRESENTATIVE BY THE END OF EACH WORKING DAY OR MORE FREQUENTLY IF REQUIRED BY THE CITY REPRESENTATIVE.
THIS INCLUDES REMOVAL OF ALL DUST, MUD, ROCKS, ASPHALT DEBRIS, AND REFUSE FROM STREETS, SIDEWALKS,
DRIVEWAYS, AND ANY OTHER AREAS AFFECTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. FAILURE TO CLEANUP TO THE
SATISFACTION OF THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE WILL NECESSITATE A SHUTDOWN OF THE PROJECT UNTIL CLEANUP IS
PROPERLY PERFORMED. DAILY CLEANUP IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF EROSION AND POLLUTION CONTROL.
