GENERAL NOTES
1. ALL WORK SHALL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF RENTON STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
2. THE LOCATIONS OF FEATURES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE AND SHALL BE VERIFIED IN THE FIELD BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO STARTING WORK.
3. ALL WORK SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH UTILITY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT ALL PERTINENT UTILITY AGENCIES 48 HOURS
BEFORE COMMENCING WORK AND SHALL COORDINATE WITH AFFECTED UTILITY AGENCIES THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING UTILITIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE AFFECTED UTILITY COMPANY
AND THE CITY IMMEDIATELY UPON DAMAGE.
5. STREET LIGHT STANDARD WITH DAVIT MAST ARM SHALL BE INSTALLED PER CITY OF RENTON STANDARD PLAN 115.
6. STREET LIGHT STANDARD FOUNDATIONS SHALL BE INSTALLED PER CITY OF RENTON STANDARD PLAN 115 AND 119.
7. STREET LIGHTS SHALL ADHERE TO CITY OF RENTON STANDARDS.
8. JUNCTION BOXES SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN 5FT OF LUMINAIRE POLES WHEN FEASIBLE AND SHALL BE INSTALLED OUTSIDE OF SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY.
9. POST -TOP FOUNDATIONS AND INSTALLATION SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND SHALL ADHERE TO CITY OF RENTON STANDARD PLAN
116.1 AND 119.
10. INSTALL STREET LIGHT STANDARD DECAL ON EVERY NEW LIGHT STANDARD PER CITY OF RENTON STANDARD PLAN 121.
