A DETAILED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE CURRENT PLANNING PROJECT MANAGER.
