CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY
THE CURRENT PLANNING PROJECT MANAGER. THE DETAILED
LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, TWO TREES
