RESOLUTION NO. 3662
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
APPROVING FINAL PLAT (MAUREEN HIGHLANDS DIVISION I; FILE
NO. LUA-03-060FP).
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract
of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City ofRenton, has been duly
approved by the Planning/Building/Pubhc Works Department; and
WHEREAS, after investigation, the Administrator of the Planning/Building/Pubhc Works
Department has considered and recommended the approval of the final plat, and the approval is
proper and advisable and in the pubhc interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that appropriate provisions are made for
the pubhc health, safety, and general welfare and for such open spaces, drainage ways, streets or
roads, aUeys, other pubMc ways, transit stops, potable water suppMes, sanitary wastes, parks and
recreation, playgrounds, schools, schoolgrounds, sidewaHcs and other planning features that
assure safe waUcing conditions for students who wale to and from school; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the pubhc use and interest wttl be
served by the platting of the subdivision and dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above findings are true and correct in aU respects.
SECTION II. The final plat approved by the Planning/Building/Pubhc Works
Department pertaining to the foUowing described real estate, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fuhy set forth

(The property, consisting of approximately 36.6 acres, is located in the vicinity of
6118 NE 4th Street, north of NE 4th Street)
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and
subject to the findings, conclusions, and recommendation of the Planning/Building/PubMc Works
Department dated September 23, 2003.
