RESOLUTION NO. 3587
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
APPROVING FINAL PLAT (SIENNA; FILE NO. LUA 02-051FP)
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract
of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the Planning/BuUding/PubUc Works Department; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Administrator of the Planning/BuUding/PubUc
Works Department has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, and such
approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the pubUc interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Countil has determined that appropriate provisions are made for
the pubUc health, safety, and general welfare and for such open spaces, drainage ways, streets or
roads, aUeys, other pubUc ways, transit stops, potable water suppUes, sanitary wastes, parks and
recreation, playgrounds, schools and schoolgrounds and aU other relevant facts, including
sidewalks and other planning features that assure safe walking conditions for students who walk
to and from school; and
WHEREAS, the City CouncU has determined that the pubUc use and interest wiU be
served by the platting of such subdivision and dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above findings are true and correct in aU respects.
SECTION II.
RESOLUTION NO. 3587
The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the
Planning/BuUding/PubUc Works Department pertaining to the foUowing described real estate, to
wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fuUy set forth
(The property, consisting of approximately 16.13 acres, is located in the vicinity of
NE 2nd St. and Jericho Ave. NE)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of
Renton, and subject to the findings, conclusions, and recommendation of the
Planning/BuUding/PubHc Works Department dated August 15, 2002.
