RESOLUTION NO. 3340
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
SEGREGATING ASSESSMENTS IN L.I.D. NO. 332 LOCATED IN THE
VICINITY OF OAKESDALE AVENUE SOUTH AND SOUTH 7TH
STREET
WHEREAS,the City of Renton has been requested to segregate certain assessments for
local improvement District#332 as it relates to Parcel 1B;and
WHEREAS, the original assessment role for L.I.D. #332 was approved on August 19,
1988;and
WHEREAS,Parcel 1B was segregated from Parcel 1 of LID No. 332 by Resolution No.
2809;and
WHEREAS,Parcel 1B is described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth herein;and
M WHEREAS,the amount of the lump sum assessment for Parcel 1B,as of its segregation
from Parcel 1,was$810,142.01 and the current principal balance is$347,203.77; and
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel IB, Black River-Rivertech LLC, has agreed to
segregate the assessments based on the respective square footages of their ownerships;and
WHEREAS, the segregates will not jeopardize the security of the lien for such
assessments, or reduce the security for any outstanding local improvement district applications
payable from such assessment,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON,DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I The above findings are true and correct in all respects.

SECTION H. The Finance and Information Services Director of the City of Renton is
ordered to segregate the original assessments of Parcel lB of L.I.D. No. 332 into amended
parcels 1B1, 1B2, 1B3 and 1B4, as legally described in Exhibit B attached hereto, with the tracts
bearing the following assessments:

proportionately to the ratio that its square footage bears to the total square footage until the sum

of the assessments for the parcels will total the unpaid assessment before segregation.

SECTION IV. Since this segregation is necessitated in part by the acquisition of

this segregation.
