A.l~ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON
VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN BURNETT
AVENUE N.&PARK AVENUE ::J.BET1tJEEN N.32ND ST.
AND N.33RD ST.(VAC 3-82 DAVIDSON)
WHEREAS a proper petition for vacating a portion of
an alley between Burnett Avenue N.&Park Avenue l~.between N.32nd
St.and L~.33rd St.,Renton,King County,Hashington,was duly filed witb
the City Clerk on or about February 11,1982,and said petition having been signed
by the avmers representing more than Dolo-thirds (2/3)of the property abutting upon
such alley sou&~t to be vacated;and
WHEREAS the City Council by Resolution NO.2437 passed
and approved on Februarv 22,1982,and after due investigation,did
fix and determine the 5th day of April,19b2 at the hour of 8:00 P.t1.
in the City Council Chambers of the City of Renton to be the time and
place for a public hearing thereon,and the City Clerk having given
due notice of such hearing in the manner provided by law,and all
persons having been heard appearing in favor or in opposition
thereto;and the City Council having considered all information and
arguments presented to it,and
WHEREAS the Department of Public Works of the City of
Renton having duly considered said petition for said vacation,and
having found same to be in the public interest and for the public
benefit,and no injury or damase to any person or properties will
result from such vacation;
NOW THEREFORE,THt:CITY COUnCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
HASHINGTON,DO ORDAIH AS FOLLOINS:
SECTION I:The following described portion of alley,
to-wit:
See Exhibit "A"attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth herein
BE AND THE SANE IS HEREBY VACATED vJith no fee to be paid unto the
City by Petitioner-owners.

passage,approval and five days after its publication,
A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with
the Office of Records and Elections,and as otherwise provided by
law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 19th day of April,1982.

EXHIBIT "A"
A Twelve (12 )feet wide alley'within Block 16,of C.D.Hillman's
Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No.1,according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Volume 11,page 63 of Plats,records
of King County,Washington;Lying easterly of the east right-of-
way line of Burnett Avenue North and Lying westerly of the west
right=of~way line of Park Avenue North.
