ORDINANCE NO. 3375
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING
FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar
year 1979, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the below mentioned fund for
payment of pensions• and for purchase of a typewriter and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit,
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: FIREMEN 1S PENSION FUND
Excess Revenue $10,353.00
UNTO: FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
a/c 691/000/04.514.33.13.11
(Pensions; retired Fire Fighters
and Widows) $9,500.00
a/c 601/000/04.514.33.64.00
(Capital Outlay/Typewriter) 853.00 $10,353.00
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
