RESOLUTION NO. 2763
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING
FINAL PLAT (HENDERSON HOMES, INC./SUMMERWIND DIVISION #3,
FILE NO. FP-023-89)
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the hearing examiner; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the hearing examiner has
considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, and such
approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public
interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by
the hearing examiner pertaining to the following described real
estate, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth
(Property, approximately 8 . 35 acres, located north of N.E.
Sunset Boulevard between 139th Avenue S.E. and 144th
Avenue S.E. , if extended. )
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings,
conclusions, and decision of the hearing examiner dated May 24,
1989 .

SUMMERWIND - DIVISION NO. 3 LEGAL DESCRIPTION
EASEMENT PROVISIONS
An easement is hereby reserved for and granted to PUGET SOUND POWER AND
LIGHT COMPANY, U.S. WEST DIRECT, WASHINGTON NATURAL GAS, GROUP W CABLE AND
CITY OF RENTON, and their-respective successors and assigns, under and upon
the exterior 10 feet parallel with and adjoining the street frontage of all
lots, in which to install, lay, construct, renew, operate and maintain
underground conduits, mains, cables, and wires with necessary facilities
and other equipment for the purpose of serving this subdivision and other
property with the right to enter upon the lots at all times for the
purposes herein stated. Also, each lot shall be subject to an easement 2 . 5
feet in width, parallel with and adjacent to all interior lot lines for
purposes of utilities and drainage, unless otherwise shown. These
easements entered upon for those purposes shall be restored .as near as
possible to their original condition.
No lines or wires for the transmission of electric current or for telephone
use, CATV, fire or police signals, or for other purposes, shall be placed
or permitted to be placed upon any lot outside the buildings thereon unless
the same shall be underground or in conduit attached to the building.

Willamette Meridian, in King County., Washington, lying Northerly of the Northerly RIGHT OF
WAY margin of primary State Highway No. 2 (also known as the Southeast; Renton-Issaquah
